What It Is
A dinner with some of the most interesting people you will ever sit across from.
The Arena Table is an intimate, invitation-style dinner hosted by Blue Stallion Solutions in Fredericksburg, VA. Twenty seats. Four courses. One evening built around a single theme - and the people and experiences that bring it to life.
This is not a seminar. It is not a networking event. It is not a work thing. It is an evening where the food is extraordinary, the company is remarkable, and something happens that you did not see coming. You will leave different than you arrived.
The People
Two people shape the room. The rest of the table does the rest.
Gabriel Nohra
Lebanese-born artist, musician, and master hypnotherapist.
Creator of the NOHRA Method. He has performed across three continents and spent decades studying how charisma is built, not born. He will be with you for the entire evening. He will perform. He will talk. He will do hypnosis. He will sit at your table. And from the moment he walks in, the room will feel different.
Chef Danilo Orofino
The menu he prepares for this evening does not exist anywhere else.
Born in Palermo. Trained in New York. Worked at Eataly in Manhattan. He and his wife Alona own and operate Orofino Italian Restaurant in Fredericksburg. The four-course dinner he creates for The Arena Table is made for this room, on this night, for these twenty people.

The people who built the room
Rob and Shaindel Marcus host every Arena Table personally. Rob is the founder of Blue Stallion Solutions, a Bronze Star recipient, and the author of Crossing the Divide. Shaindel is the co-architect of the experience. Darryl Matthews has co-founded ventures, led national campaigns, and worked across industries most people only read about. Together they set the room, set the tone, and make sure the evening moves the way it should. You will feel that from the moment you walk in.

The Evening
Four courses. No agenda that matters more than the conversation.
6:00 PM
Arrival and welcome. Refreshing drinks are poured. The room is set.
6:30 PM
Gabriel opens the evening. Forty-five minutes on charisma, what it actually is, where it comes from, and how it changes a room.
7:15 PM
Chef Danilo walks you through what he built for this evening. Wine pairings are set. Intro
7:35 PM
Second course. The wine is poured. The table finds its rhythm.
8:00 PM
Third course. Your hosts take the stage. Something shifts. It usually does around here.
8:20 PM
Final course. The table goes wherever it needs to go.
8:45 PM
Live music from Gabriel. The room stays open as long as the conversation does.

By day, it is an office.
After hours, it becomes something else entirely.
The Blue Stallion Solutions space in Fredericksburg has a stage, a full sound system, and seats up to forty. For The Arena Table, we seat twenty - six tables of four, arranged for conversation. We build it for one night, for one table, and then it goes back to being an office. That is the point.

Blue Stallion Solutions is located at 306 Westwood Office Park, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. Parking is free and available on-site. The space is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and three minutes from Interstate 95.

Seats are $199 per person. Two or more $175 each. Come alone, bring someone you want to impress, or reward your high performers who have earned a seat at a table like this. Twenty seats. When they are gone, they are gone.
