And How to Recognize Them Before They Compound
Leadership doesn’t get harder because you lack skill or effort. It gets harder because responsibility grows faster than clarity.
This workshop exists to help you see that clearly.
But, before you Decide
This room isn’t for everyone.
It’s not urgent.
It’s not a fix.
And it’s not something to rush into.
Most people need a moment to see whether the Five Challenges actually describe their experience.
Take that moment here.
What follows is not a pitch. It’s a clear explanation of what this room is, and what it isn’t.

The Five Challenges Workshop is a full-day, in-person working session that introduces leaders to the five core challenges that every leader must face, and cross to become effective at higher levels of responsibility.
During the session, participants will:
Learn what the Five Challenges are and why they exist
Identify which challenges are creating the most friction right now
Understand how those challenges show up in decisions, teams, and workload
Build a practical plan to address them moving forward
This is not a motivational event. This is not a mastermind. This is not leadership theory. It’s structured, practical work.
Are already carrying responsibility they can feel
Want clarity instead of guesswork
Are ready to address what’s actually creating friction
Want a plan, not a pep talk
Want quick motivation or leadership tips
Aren’t willing to examine what’s not working
Are looking for networking or surface-level learning
By the end of the day, participants gain:
A Clear understanding of which challenges matter most right now
Language for problems that previously felt vague or overwhelming
A practical plan for what needs to change, stop, or be rebuilt
Greater confidence in how to move forward as a leader

Rob has led in environments where decisions mattered and avoidance had consequences.
He doesn’t teach theory. He helps leaders build clarity when responsibility increases.
This work exists because these patterns repeat, quietly across people, roles, and industries over time.
Some people will step into it.
Others will decide now isn’t the moment.
Both are valid choices.
What changes is this:
the decision will no longer be accidental.
